I made my appointment 2 weeks before through the GMC app, on the day of my appointment I arrived and the man who attended me first told me that he was not in the system, that I should come back later, that I on the day of my appointment I arrived and the man who attended me first told me that he was not in the system, that I should come back later, that I should make an appointment by call because the app doesn't send it to them, then Marcus arrived and he wanted to take my truck for the scheduled service, it's not my fault that the app doesn't work, the dealer and all of GMC promote it but it can't be used because it doesn't work? Apart from that, after they rotated the tires, my truck is vibrating when I drive at 70 m/h, now I don't know how to make the appointment More
