The showroom was clean, the atmosphere was relaxed, and there was zero pressure throughout the entire process. A huge shoutout to my salesman, Chris, who went above and beyond. He took the time to listen to exactly what I was looking for, answered every question I had (and I had a lot of them), and never once made me feel rushed or pushed into anything. Chris was knowledgeable about every vehicle on the lot, honest about the pros and cons, and worked hard to get me a great deal. He made the whole buying experience smooth and stress-free. The financing process was quick and transparent — no hidden surprises or last-minute changes. I drove off the lot feeling confident and happy with my purchase, and I have Chris to thank for that. This was my first new car buying experience and Renz gave me the five-star treatment from start to finish. I received respect and honesty throughout the whole process.
