I cannot recommend this dealership enough! Kyshawn and Keane were absolutely amazing during the car buying experience. This dealership seems to be keen on efficiency, which I truly appreciated and was unlike the lengthy car buying horror stories I had heard of. Our experience last evening with Seth Chadwick was horrific. He was arrogant, spoke down to us and treated us as though we were just another stupid customer going to succumb to his pressures, demeanin horrific. He was arrogant, spoke down to us and treated us as though we were just another stupid customer going to succumb to his pressures, demeaning attitude and constant belittling during our visit at Heritage Honda Parkville. Seth Chadwick was extremely condescending throughout the entire conversation not only to us but to the salesperson as well. If I were the GM Mitch Giller, I would not allow these types of people on my staff. And now to find out that he is attempting to sell the vehicle that we agreed to out from under us. I believe this is illegal behavior that definitely needs to be addressed not only by the GM, but also by the Honda Corporation. Do not deal with Heritage Honda of Parkville nor Seth Chadwick. More
