I've been leasing from this dealership for about 10 years now. I've never had any real issues with this dealership that's why when it came to purchasing a car for my teenage son this is where I went. Hi, My experience with Parkville Honda was not good. I am really disappointed with the staff. With my purchase of a new Honda hybrid on last Tuesday. The attitude of the staff was so different before and aft really disappointed with the staff. With my purchase of a new Honda hybrid on last Tuesday. The attitude of the staff was so different before and after buying the car. The calculated numbers they put on were all incorrect. Also charged for wheel locks and splash guards which they did not install in the car and never informed me of it. until I call them now and ask the staff, they are happy to install them. This is so unprofessional. Sorry to say, really pissed of with the purchase. More
