Overall, I had a great experience with Honda Parkville. I was able to connect with Renz via social media & that same evening he took the time to give me a call. For reference - I was in communication with another dealership for about a week, and when the time came for our scheduled phone call, I never heard from them. I did not mention that to Renz prior, so for him to call me the same day was already a good first impression. From our intial conversation, I could tell he was really tailoring recommendations to my driving habits, rather than just telling me about the top models and trims. I went into the dealership the next day and Renz really took the time to work with me. Thusfar, the dealership overall has been great too. I have worked with other sales managers in the past who used intimidation tactics, and I appreciate that Seth did not do the same. Ron Jackson was also wonderful. He all the financials in great detail. Most importantly, he had no problem with me taking time to review all the prices/fees that were on the agreement. More
