At first, I had a gentleman (Ibrahim) who helped me find an HR-V that met my specific requirements. He said that he would hold the car for me. He did NOT. He said that he would go out and get a Honda Civic an HR-V that met my specific requirements. He said that he would hold the car for me. He did NOT. That lasted at least 20 minutes. He said that he was talking about a customer. I WAS SUPPOSED TO BE THE CUSTOMER. After that I was assigned to Erin who was like a breath of fresh air. She contacted me before I arrived at the dealership. She told me exactly when to arrive so that she could get the Honda of my choice. Erin provided a Honda Civic for my son and let him drive it for an extended period of time. She helped me through all of the paperwork. Every time that she needed to go somewhere else for a while, she explained herself and her actions completely. Then, she got Dallas to help set up my phone in my car.
