Erin was an absolute pleasure to work with today. I arrived around 10am and had spoken to a different salesman the night prior who was supposed to set me up with a few cars for a test drive. He ended I arrived around 10am and had spoken to a different salesman the night prior who was supposed to set me up with a few cars for a test drive. He ended up dropping the ball. Erin stepped up and helped me with absolutely everything I needed. She helped me test drive at least 5 different cars. She never once made me feel pressured into the purchase. She showed me everything from suvs to sedans to ensure I found the right car for me. I settled with a new 24 Accord and couldn’t be happier. It’s a safe, smart and practical car.
