Once arriving, it took a while for somebody to acknowledge me, but then I was eventually waited on. Caleb came and asked how he could help. I gave him very specific information on the exact model, year, and trim level that I wanted, as well as specific reasoning for not wanting anything else. He then became argumentative and was suggesting alternatives that were not options for me. I quickly escalated to the sales manager Joan, who said that the models I wanted had been sold, but the Internet manager wasn't aware? Inventory tracking of Honda automobiles is supposed to be tracked in real-time. I was there 20 minutes and walked out and drove home. Of all the transactions for Honda automobiles I've done over the years, almost all quite pleasant, this was one of the worst. I truly appreciate Richard's approach. He didn't over push anything. He brought the vehicle around and it was exactly what he said it would be. During the test ride, he identified all the features of the vehicle for me to see and was just a pleasure to work with. Back at the dealership, he kept me in the loop on the purchase process and got me out the door quickly and efficiently with a great car. He took the time to introduce me personally to all the members I would deal with (GM and Finance). Richard is a class act and Heritage is lucky to have him on their staff.
