James was not only very professional and knowledgeable about the CRV we were purchasing; he also made the financing part of buying a car( which I always dread) stress free and streamlined. Among the things I dislike the most is buying a car. Usually it involves a back and forth the salesman, the "manager" and others at the dealership. My recent purchase made from salesman Dylan Young involved NONE of that. I sat down with Dylan and told him exactly what I wanted and the first car he showed me fit the bill. I purchased it. It took me longer with the finance person that it did to complete my business with Dylan. No bull. Told him what I wanted and bingo there it was. I do have one complaint (it does not involve Dylan). My purchase was a cash transaction. No credit. No loan. Just cash. During my business with the finance person I was advised that they wanted to run a credit check. (My credit is outstanding [in the 820 range] and I balked. I knew exactly what would happen. The credit bureau saw the credit check as a "hard inquiry" and dropped my score 8 points. I was very unhappy about that. However, as I stated before, Dylan was a pleasure to work with. If I need to purchase another car I will definitely come to see Dylan. Ronald Sallow PS. My problem with the finance process did not involve the person I worked with it involved the dealership's policy relating with the need for a credit report. He and his team were able to get me an offer I could not refuse. From start to finish the service was excellent and kind. The only negative I had was the final finance manager who entered the office, did not look at me or introduce himself, and was rude when I politely declined all the extra services/warranties. It's a shame, because every other team member with whom I interacted were exceptional (Eyo, Keith, and Jordan). More
