Heritage Honda Westminster

I wasn't sure where to write a review of my experience, but it was not a good one. My sales associate was Chloe Ford and I really feel that she did not care about me, my car or my experience, after she ha but it was not a good one. I contacted her a few times about issues that I was having, and IF she did respond, it was a one sentence, nonchalant response that didn't help at all. Gregg was cool to work with. He got me a lower rate than what I had on my previous car, so that was nice. About a month after I had my car, the dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree. I called for service, and after a few hours, found out I needed a new part that was defective. No big deal. The next week, I took my car in to be fixed. After about 5 hours, I called for an update. I believe Annie (?) answered the phone. She put me on hold to check on the status of my car, and I was on hold for 13 minutes. Again, she answered the phone, how can I help you? I told her I was still holding to find out about my car. Her response "OH MY GOD I'M SO FREAKING SORRY, I forgot about you." It was very unprofessional and I felt so irrelevant. Then there was the issue with my tags. I live in PA, so I understand that they may take a little longer to get tags. I followed up with Chloe countless times, who assured me she would look into it - I still have yet to hear from her. I was told by Ryan to go ahead and put my old plates on my car and they would send me a new registration. I am not putting Honda CIVIC tags on a CRV!! I will get pulled over for that!! It has now been 4 months since I bought my car and I still have temp tags on it. Last week, my stepfather (A very loyal customer to Heritage Honda) was so disgusted, he drove up to the dealership to express his disgust. Miraculously, today my tags came in. I am relieved that this experience is over. I will not return to Heritage Honda in Westminster for my future vehicle purchases. More

Found a used car that I liked at a distant Honda Dealership. You never know how these things are going to work out, but to my pleasant surprise Ken and the whole team at Heritage Honda of Westminst Dealership. If you are like any normal person, buying a car tends to be a love/hate experience. You love getting getting a new car, but hate being sold what you don't want, get less then what you wanted/needed for you be a love/hate experience. You love getting getting a new car, but hate being sold what you don't want, get less then what you wanted/needed for your trade-in, having to take whatever rate the finance department gives you. The experience here was the all the love with none of the hate! Everyone was courteous from the moment I walked in. Ken was fantastic at finding me what I wanted, and never tried to sell me something I didn't. I got way over what I expected for my trade-in. If that wasn't enough, Warren found me multiple rates, even up to the point that I was signing the papers and another rate came in that saved me a couple more dollars. The team at Heritage managed to get my payment below what I expected including getting an extended warranty! I cannot overstate how great it was buying my first new car at Heritage. More
