Horrible experience with Hyundai quality control and with this dealership. We purchased a new 2025 Hyundai Ioniq 5 the first week of May, and the initial purchase went smoothly. However, we found after drivi this dealership. We purchased a new 2025 Hyundai Ioniq 5 the first week of May, and the initial purchase went smoothly. However, we found after driving it home (3 miles) that it would not charge with Level 1 or Level 2 chargers. Drove the car back and it has been in the shop for the last 3 weeks. We have been told that (1) it is probably an ICCU failure, and that the replacement part will take 4-8 weeks to arrive, then (2) that it is the VCMS, not the ICCU, then (3) that the new VCMS did not fix it, and that they think it is the high voltage fuse box, then (4) that the new high voltage fuse box did not fix it, and now they think it is the ICCU, then (5) that the ICCU was just rush delivered and would be installed in the next day or two, then (the following day after calling multiple times) that they actually cannot find the new ICCU part, and are not sure where it is or how long it might take to get a replacement part. What is especially annoying is that nobody from sales has ever said "we are sorry we sold you a defective car, and will make this right". The manager never called to apologize or reach out. When I try to get updates on the progress of repairs, I often have to call multiple times over a day or two and leave several messages before a callback. When we ask for a loaner, or a replacement car, or for then to simply buy back this brand new car that does not work, we are told by the salesman that the manager says it is not possible. Their proposed solution is to keep driving it with level 3 charging and an unclear electrical problem - most likely a defective ICCU which is known to lead to sudden low voltage battery failures that can leave you stranded. So not only are they selling defective cars, they don't seem to be willing to fix the problem or stand by their product. More

He followed up with us after the purchase to make sure everything went smoothly. Roman and Sam were two managers we talked to in this process. They are very professional and do everything they can to get the best deal possible for their clients. They are very experienced and articulated all the details about pricing very well for us to understand it. Their transparency helped in building trust between us in the transaction. Lastly Chris, one of the finance managers, helped us with our financing paperwork and he was great with answering all the questions and was very transparent with all the pricing and add ons. He was professional and helped us get the deal done as soon as possible. Chris was very patient and I would highly recommend new buyers to work with Chris as he will make sure you have a seamless experience. Demetria at finance gave me the options and was zero percent pushy. She let me think about how to proceed. Everyone I had contact with was amazing. The dealer was nice, clean and very well set up. Parking was a little tight but it was busy and it flowed. I really can’t say enough good comments about them. Even the follow up was just the right amount. This time, James and Javier picked out a beautiful new Tuscan for me, and Javier had it ready for a test drive upon my arrival. Damian was super helpful in working some magic to get the best deal. Picking out a new car can be overwhelming and take some time, but from chatting with Javier while waiting for applications to go thru and then getting help from Jack to update/setup the Bluelink.. to signing documents with Demetria in financing to get all the paperwork completed, the experience was seamless and stress free!
