I have felt that he worked as an advocate for me as a customer, but never felt overly pressured to purchase. I trusted that the deal I got was a good one and felt very taken care of by Stan. As a note, there was a small blemish on my car that I had reported just after purchasing and had forgotten. I dropped in to pick up my tags and Stan remembered, dropped everything to take care of the blemish and put on the tags. I really appreciated his commitment to service and would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a car. More
I have been a Heritage Hyundai Towson customer since 2019. I have spoken highly of them and referred friends who ultimately bought cars there. I recently had a bad experience when I got a new car that u 2019. I have spoken highly of them and referred friends who ultimately bought cars there. I recently had a bad experience when I got a new car that ultimately required 6 trips to the dealership. Trips to the dealership I have made in the last month include: 1. Saturday, June 28th I test drove and decided to get a 2025 Tucson. The windshield wiper fluid was empty but I was assured it would be filled before I left the dealership. I was vocal with my sales associate that I had a max monthly payment and I was told that finance would be aware and wouldn’t push for add-ons but I was given a hard sell anyway. This was only mildly annoying. I understand it’s the finance associate's job and I believe some of the add-ons have value. 2. Monday, June 30th I visited because the day I got the car when I got home I realized the wiper fluid was not filled after all. But the real issue was the morning after I got the car I noticed multiple cracks in the break lights. I left the dealership in the dark so didn’t notice the cracks. I didn’t do a detail-oriented walk around the car when I got it because I have never had issues with cars I bought at Heritage before and I didn't think a new 2025 car with no mileage on it would be sold damaged. I sent a text to the sales associate about the cracks and we arranged that I would come in the next day to have the break lights assessed. On Monday they confirmed the cracks were inside the light and there was no external damage so it couldn’t have been caused by me, it was sold to me that way. They ordered replacement lights and said I could come back on Tuesday, July 8th to have them replaced. They said they were also filling up the wiper fluid. When I got home on Monday, I realized again they had not filled it. The week I was waiting for the break light replacement, I drove around with a bottle of Windex to clean my windshield. I also noted only 1 tire had a valve cap on it and the other 3 were missing. I was planning to buy pink valve caps as my 5-year-old daughter loves pink so not a huge deal, but weird the car was sold without them. On July 2nd I missed a phone call from 410-832-2475 and the voicemail stated it was Aileen McDade, Heritage Hyundai General Manager, calling to make sure I was loving my new car and she encouraged me to call her back if I had any concerns. I called her back 10 minutes later and left a voicemail stating that I did have a few concerns and that I would prefer to discuss them with her instead of writing them in a review online. I never got a call back. 3. Tuesday, July 8th I went to have the break light replaced and the washer fluid filled. 4. I went to the dealership on Saturday, July 19th as I received a call that my new license plates arrived. The service department was closed so a sales associate installed the plates. He only installed the back plate and said the car was missing a front bracket to install the plate. He told me to come back when the service department was open to get a bracket and the front plate installed. 5. Saturday, July 26th I went to the service department to get the front plate installed. The service associate asked me if the bracket was in my car as it should have been when I purchased it. He looked around the car and was unable to locate it so a sales manager ordered a new bracket. I called on July 30th to check if it arrived and it turns out they gave the bracket they ordered for me to someone else. They said they would order another and to call back. I finally was able to get the front plate installed a few weeks later. I am a single mom and a full time nurse so time is not something I have in excess. I doubt I will do business with Heritage Hyundai Towson again and I won’t recommend it to my friends or family. More

Stan was absolutely wonderful. He is extremely knowledgeable about Hyundai inventory. He was always able to answer any question I threw at him. Very personable as well as punctual. The Sales Manager quickly responded with the detailed description (Monroney label) and their full disclosure of pricing. We immediately took their deal. Both Jason and Jordan followed up with getting us all the paperwork by email. They also provided home delivery of our vehicle on a Saturday morning. I have never experienced such outstanding customer service on a new car delivery. Jordan also followed up and came back after the delivery to go over questions on the vehicle. He also delivered and put on our vehicle plates. I can’t say enough for the entire experience and handling of this vehicle transaction. I highly recommend this dealership and their staff. More
