The Sales Manager quickly responded with the detailed description (Monroney label) and their full disclosure of pricing. We immediately took their deal. Both Jason and Jordan followed up with getting us all the paperwork by email. They also provided home delivery of our vehicle on a Saturday morning. I have never experienced such outstanding customer service on a new car delivery. Jordan also followed up and came back after the delivery to go over questions on the vehicle. He's Young and seemed not experienced, however I was wrong! When I started talking to him, his smiley face answered all questions I need whatever easy of complicated. But he kept us happy and exiting all the time. Very next day my fund was ready then I just went him back for deal without any questions. I brought my car in for some repairs covered under my warranty. Because I'm a single mom, I needed a guarantee that I would have my car or another car by the time my kids came home from their dad's. Inst warranty. Because I'm a single mom, I needed a guarantee that I would have my car or another car by the time my kids came home from their dad's. Instead of helping me, the service manager fought and argued with me for over an hour in his office stating he wouldn't help me because it wasn't their policy. He ultimately threw me out of his office! A phone call to the general manager this afternoon and it was clear he wouldn't help me either. An old boy's club there. They're not in the business of helping single moms. On top of all of this, they dismissed two issues with my car that I now have to get looked at somewhere else. I was told "I wouldn't worry about that." No thank you! It's no fun having to start my week advocating for myself and being brought to tears by a business that refuses to help me. More
