If there was 0, that would be my rating. I had an issue with a recall repair and was frustrated with the total lack of communication from their service team. They had the car a long period and I went to check on the status and told them my rep I needed to leave for a meeting (which I ended up being late to because the rep disappeared and I had to get someone else to find me rep). The rep just told me my car was ready and never said the issue still was not repaired. I was explaining my frustrations to the service team member who I had previously explained my timing to, and he just disappeared and never told me my car was not repaired. Mike verbally attacked me. Now, I did raise my voice to my rep "My car is not fixed!" But Mike immediately began yelling and threatened to throw me out. He didn't ask me the issue or the problem. He didn't apologize that they don't know what to do. He was aggressive and got within inches of my face. That is awful customer service and Hyundai is getting a letter from me. More

Well worth the visit. I was able to walk in ask for information and be sold the exact car I wanted upon leaving the dealership. I loved the transparency of the salesmen to customer information.
