I can't say enough good things about Heritage Hyundai, seriously a 5-star experience from start to finish. As both a first-time and an out-of-state buyer, I was hesitant to work with a dealership so far seriously a 5-star experience from start to finish. As both a first-time and an out-of-state buyer, I was hesitant to work with a dealership so far away but Jack was kind, reassuring, and most importantly honest. I never once felt pressured or backed into a corner, and the price of the car plus sales tax was exactly what they quoted it would be. Including my test drive, i spent less than three hours at the dealership in total and was able to drive off the lot relatively quickly with no issues whatsoever. Jack also has great support, both the general manager and the finance manager were welcoming, very forthcoming with information and truthful when it came down to specifics.
