I am SO glad I found heritage hyundai. It was an hour and a half drive for us from Southern maryland but well worth it. George Varga and manager Jason were extremely friendly and helpful. George answered every single question we had and was very thorough. I told him exactly what I wanted and what my payment needed to be (I knew it was a stretch to get there). I was flexible and realistic, they were friendly and as accommodating as possible so ultimately a deal was made! Just the customer service alone would of been enough to convince me to purchase after dealing with the headache we had at our local store, sheehy hyundai of Waldorf. They first had me test drive a vehicle I made clear I didn't want and didn't tell me. Then they automatically assumed we would be purchasing and started asking us to sign stuff without going over anything. From now on, if I purchase any other hyundais in the future, heritage hyundai will be my place to go! Its worth the drive. Would absolutely recommend to friends and family as well. Side note, I went in completely prepared not to add anything else, such as gap or any extra little packages but George made us feel so comfortable and completely at ease that we decided to opt for the ceramic coating on our vehicle. The fact that we didn't feel pressured to get it was the big deciding factor to opt for it. Thanks again team! Yall are awesome! More
