I never felt that I was being pressured in any way, or that they were pushing their own agenda. They understood and respected my hesitations and concerns. They addressed them but never pushed. Ben in particular was extremely knowledgeable and able to explain every detail about the car with patience and humor. When deciding on my next car, the first thing I intend to do is make sure that Ben is still with Heritage Hyundai. More

I honestly didn't think I could walk out of there with a new car but they definitely proved me wrong. The only way I could be happier is if it was free. Lol. This is my second car from heritage hyundai, if you need a car, they will work with you to find the right car, and work magic to get a payment that will not break your monthly budget. I plan on returning a car, they will work with you to find the right car, and work magic to get a payment that will not break your monthly budget. I plan on returning for number 3 next time. The service department is great, they have not let me down like other dealers I've used. I drive 50 miles to come here, and its worth it every time. Thanks Jack, You were awesome!
