I starte I had to say goodbye to my beautiful beloved Mustang GT convertible, but Greg at Heritage Hyundai made the process a little bit less painful. I started with a price range for a used vehicle and vague instructions, like 4WD necessary, SUV preferred but not a big one, and no sedans or hatchbacks. Then I changed my mind and went in a totally different direction, and then switched back before wavering one more time. He was patient with me (and my loveable but tough mom) through the seemingly-endless changes and ultimately picked a perfect car that I hadn't seen online. Once I had decided to buy it, their finance department worked diligently to get me a better rate than my bank had provided. Kevin gave me a thorough education on the various warranties available, and helped me pick out the right package. It's already paying for itself. After owning the car for less than an hour, a rock gouged the left rear tire while I was on the highway. My husband put the spare on but the replacement will be covered in full. (And luckily Greg had shown me where the jack is, because it's in a hidden side compartment that I probably wouldn't have found on my own.) Even though I was a finicky customer with a list of what I didn't want longer than the list of what I did want, every single person I dealt with was patient, friendly, and professional. I highly highly recommend Heritage Hyundai and Greg Lineberry. What could have been an incredibly stressful, exhausting experience was actually quite pleasant. And because they have such a large network of related dealerships, you'll have a great selection available. I would absolutely go back next time I'm in the market for a car, and you should, too! Everyone was very polite and there were no shenanigans with the numbers. Stan even stayed 2 hours after closing to finish up the process with us and see us off.
