This dealership makes it look like they are giving you a great deal by giving a large amount off the MSRP price, but they add to the interest price. Hyundai has a 2.99% special financing going on right now. Maybe they can't give you both special financing and large MSRP cut, but she quote me with an 11.99% interest rate. That is $127.62 a month and $7,657.20 over the life of the loan. WOW, who is getting the deal??? I tell you who, the DEALERSHIP. They can tack on a higher interest rate over what the financial institution is offering, which gives the dealership extra money. I came across this dealership by shopping on-line and was placed with Josh as a Sales Rep. Not only did I not talk to him at all, but Alexis who was communicating with me (well partially communicating) was rude using "as I stated", which was not answering my question, and not replying to the rest of my message, but kept asking what time they could expect me to come in. She would only reply to one thing in my whole conversation, so I replied using 5 different sentences, highlighting my questions. Again, she replied to only one and the reply was a lie. I still have not got my questions answered. Look if that is the kind of service you give, I am NOT your customer. More
