Our insurance carrier threw a few obstacles in the way, but Jack Coco Sr. was patient and determined in working with them (and with us) to get us into our new car. Jack was very helpful in explaining the pros and cons of the various options, including financing and add-ons, and even though he had spent a lot of time with us already, and it was getting to be late on a Friday afternoon, he sat with us in the car and thoroughly and knowledgeably walked us through all the systems, displays and functions before we left for home.
