The downtime was the only negative aspect of the purchase, but to be expected as the store filled up with other potential buys around noon. More

Jackie Jr was THE BEST. He was not pushy AT ALL, incredibly kind, and so enjoyable! He sent me a video of the vehicle I had been looking for shortly after requesting it. Jackie personally picked me up from the airport WITH A COFFEE! The buying process took a little longer, but Jackie kept me company while I waited. He was so patient and fun! He told me a good place to stay overnight and suggested restaurants. Felt like I was just hanging out with a friend. This was the ONLY Hyundai dealer I found in the US that did not apply a “market adjustment” on this vehicle. They were so fair and kind. Russell was also a great help, agreeing to hold the car for me overnight so I could fly in. Lastly, I left my neck pillow in Jackie’s car and he even offered to bring it to me after I left. Looks like I’m flying to MD to buy all my Hyundai’s in the future! More

Meh. It wasn’t really good or bad. Pretty standard experience. Took all day even after I filled out the paperwork ahead of time and emailed it in. Sat the It wasn’t really good or bad. Still found a granola bar, dog fur, and sticky stuff from the previous owner so I’m not sure what they were doing. Loan person tried to sell me on 10 different things that I didn’t want and I had to be very stern with telling them no, I want you to take that off of there I don’t need a service contract. They tried to sell me some sort of paint protector which I am glad I declined because the cars previous owner had already purchased and was in the paperwork I was given later. At the very end the salesperson decided to go out gas in the car for me. Fine, but I had said 3 days ago I was coming to buy the car and been sitting at your desk staring at you doing nothing and then I didn’t even get a full tank of gas which I thought was bizarre considering the fuss over needing to put gas in it and taking 20 minutes to do so. Had to drive 3 hours round trip to pick up my tags which they refused to mail and nobody told me had been sent to the dealership and they had been sitting there for who knows how long. That being said, I did get the car I wanted at a fair price with a good interest rate and a fair trade in value for my old car. More

This was one of the better experiences, if not THE BEST, in the buying of a dealer in-stock automobile. I've purchased from Norris Ford Baltimore (now defunct), Sheehy Va, Jones Junction Bel air, Bob Bell B in the buying of a dealer in-stock automobile. I've purchased from Norris Ford Baltimore (now defunct), Sheehy Va, Jones Junction Bel air, Bob Bell Baltimore, they are lacking compared to the team I delt with at Heritage Hyundai Towson. Taj, Sean, Jason, Garen, all were knowledgeable and very friendly and easy to work with. I do recommend Heritage for the sales team!! I have not had to experience the service department yet and can not comment on them at this time. More
