Horrible Customer Services , Him and His team both lied about how much the repairs would be for my car and also lied to my lien holder as well. My car was dropped off December 27th and between then up unti about how much the repairs would be for my car and also lied to my lien holder as well. Communication is horrible and now these people are attempting to auction off my car after telling me 15,000 and telling my Loan company 3,000. Trust me these people are a complete scam. Since I live about an hour from the dealership, all the negotiation was done with Stan, and the General Manager Scott Feinstein, via email. The price we settled on was fair, and although the delivery process took longer than expected, Stan was thorough and went over all the features of the car in great detail.
