I had been trying to find a 2022 Sonata Hybrid Limited for a few months through several mid-atlantic hyundai dealers. In some cases, dealers didn't get back to me until the car had already been sold. When I first expressed some interest in a model that had not been delivered yet, I was contacted by Lexi Davidson almost immediately. She quickly provided the documents that were needed to establish the purchase, and introduced me to Karl Smith, who would be my sales representative. Karl contacted me almost immediately with his video introduction. I was impressed with the personal touch. Karl contacted me several times before the delivery date to keep me informed. On the delivery date, Karl greeted me promptly, showed me my car, and we went on a test drive while he explained some of the features of the hybrid since I had not previously owned one. The financial transaction went smoothly. After that, there was somewhat of a delay in the delivery, due to the detailing of the vehicle. Karl diligently kept checking to expedite the delivery. After the car was delivered, Karl contacted me twice to see if everything was OK and if I had any questions. Everything is great and I haven't had any questions, but I am confident that he will be there if I do. More
