Raj was great. Made me feel super comfortable and felt no pressure at all. I showed up an hour before closing to look at a base model pallisade awd but the model I wanted literally was in the process of bein pressure at all. I showed up an hour before closing to look at a base model pallisade awd but the model I wanted literally was in the process of being sold next to me. they didn’t have anymore of that model in stock and the other ones that had were outside my budget. We initially talked about waiting for another one to come. He was able to get the new owners of the base model that just sold to at least let me see the inside of the car because I didn’t want to see one with all the bells and whistles and e wowed at them that I would spend more than I planned. He then showed me a year old certified used one that had a lot of upgraded features that fit my budget. I really liked the car and the fact that since it was certified it still came with the full power train warranty. Ultimately I decided to go with that one instead of waiting who knows how long with this pandemic until a new base model would arrive. Raj was very patient. I did not feel pressured at all to buy and even stayed an hour after closing to make sure I was happy More
