I was able to get an estimate for the total vehicle cost before I came in. When I arrived I met Gabe, Jody, and Mitch, who were all super friendly. The test drive went well and there were no surprises when it came to the price. I had a loan preapproval from three different banks, but Steven was able to get me an even lower rate than my credit union. After the sale went through they followed up with me to make sure everything was going great with my new car. They exceeded my expectations and made the process really easy and stress free. Usually I include pros and cons when I write online reviews, but I really only have pros for this one. I’m very happy. :) More
