Seemingly Padding Part Costs to Boost Profit. My Warranty Company was charged $572 ($522 after they applied a discount) for Part #KJL1-69-181C. The most expensive I was able to find this part o My Warranty Company was charged $572 ($522 after they applied a discount) for Part #KJL1-69-181C. The most expensive I was able to find this part online from other Mazda Dealers was around $400. This was the reason the Warranty company didn't cover the whole part cost because it was "over MSRP" as per the Service Advisor's own reasoning when I questioned why they didn't cover the whole amount. I've never seen a Dealer pad their own part costs like this. Leaves a real sour taste in mouth to be honest. Beware! More

It was a very long day with test drives, model and color choices etc. and then of course all of the paper signing! Ken was extremely helpful with all of it, Angela as well. No pressure, no stress.
