We went to heritage mazda in bel air to look at a used cx-50. I left with 2 brand new cx-90s. Ken was amazing, and patient as we purchased and decided on 2 vehicles. After 15 min of going over everything I didn’t want, she rolled her eyes when I told her I didn’t want any add ons. This is my second dealing with her as my daughter bought a car last year. Friendly girl, but doesn’t get it. No respect for other people’s time. This will be the 1 deterrent from buying a Mazda at this dealership again. More
