Ken, my salesman was very knowledgeable and professional. Also, the next day in the sun I noticed buffer trails in the hood and door panels. I asked one of the managers if they could work with me to get those removed. They set up an appointment and later worked on the car for 3 hrs to remove the buffer trails. I was very satisfied upon completion of the work. And no cost to me!
