This service department is great! Friendly and Caring service. They are honest about work that needs to be done and will let you know when things need to be done. Wil Wells was a pleasure to work with when purchasing my new CX-5 Signature Series AWD SUV. I was able to easily trade in my old car, and they were able to easily accomodate my speedy purchase so I was able new CX-5 Signature Series AWD SUV. I was able to easily trade in my old car, and they were able to easily accomodate my speedy purchase so I was able to take advantage of the 0% APR labor day sale. I felt no pressure to buy, was able to enjoy two test drives to figure out which model I wanted to purchase, and the service and care when filling out the "paper" work provided by Doug Mrockowski was reassuring and lighthearted. I highly recommend Heritage Mazda of Bel Air. Had a missing Nav Card; a quick call and stop over the next day and it was easily added. I actually cannot wait to take my car in for its first service in 6600 miles, I know they will take care of me and my new car when I do. More
