Outstanding customer service! Rodney made a point to come and introduce himself and if he could be of any assistance during my visit. Something other car dealerships don't bother doing. He made us feel comfortable and unpressured which helped make our decision to purchase a new Mazda vehicle. In addition to this, after purchasing the vehicle a few days later I noticed a non repairable nail in one of the tires. Without hesitation, Rodney asked the service department to replace the tire free of charge! Talk about being loyal to customers!! two thumbs up Rodney! More
