I have not yet taken delivery of my car. And this would be the fourth time I am buying a car from Heritage Subaru. Go figure! However the call I received from and my interaction with General Manager Mr. Nathan Hollis today, regarding the status of the car, was completely disarming and reassuring. I will give a more complete description of my experience dealing with Heritage Subaru after I take delivery of my car. In the meantime I can only say that Mr. Hollis was very courteous and genuine. He did not appear to sound like merely trying to mollify me or sell me a pitch. He did not even give off the air of a General Manager. He is just a nice, helpful and polite man. More

We of course did not take the offer and traded the car in at another dealership for $9000. Obvious attempt to extort us because we were from out of town. Incredibly unpleasant experience. More

The only reason I’m not leaving a 1 star is because she rectified a troublesome situation that the dealership has created for me. Once she took over and started handling my vehicle, I was able to get the answers I needed; as well as the repairs done in a timely fashion. Instead of things taking months as they did with my first experience, it took just around a couple weeks and now a huge burden has been lifted from my shoulders. Ms. Walters changed the sour taste that the dealership had left in my mouth and I really hope she is appreciated for her dedication and work ethic. She deserves praise More

This is the second Subaru that I have purchased at Heritage Subaru and both times May Farris was my sales rep. I am not surprised that 8 years apart the entire purchasing experience and process was seamless and smooth. May is very knowledgeable about the Subaru fleet and gives excellent guidance once you know what you want in a car. There is never any hard push to buy anything. At all times, she follows up and ensures no questions are left unanswered on the features within the car; and different trim types within a model and can even help you compare models across different features. With any big item purchase, there is always a feeling of buyer remorse and the question of did I paid a fair price for such a deal - this is where she assisted in putting the decision in perspective with her vast experience of having dealt with so many customers in a similar position over the years. We were close on the purchase but unable to meet on a fixed price point -- that is where her manager Andy Evans came through and ensured we could meet on a price that both sides found fair. The finance department lady was also very nice ensuring all the paperwork went through seamlessly and was very informative on different warranties and pre-paid servicing options. After the car purchase, May took her time and walked me through the panel settings - a personalized tour that I appreciated with so many technical advances in the same car 8 years apart. This was followed by a call within 24 hours to ensure I had no questions and was enjoying driving the new car. Within 48 hours I had a personal email from their Head Manager Nathan wanting to know if he could do anything to assist. 72 hours later their Service Dept. head was emailed to find out if I knew how the car servicing works and offered the first oil change free of cost. I have no hesitation in telling all my family and friends if you are looking for a Subaru please go to May and Heritage. More
