During the entire process of fixing my vehice's tire, Ms. Robinson kept me in informed of what it would take to fix the tire, cost, and the time needed to get me back on the road....... which was deeply appreciated. She also had my car washed at the completion of service...... Lejuan sets the high bar for Heritage Subaru Catonsville customer service that others can only try to emulate......Period. I would be remiss if I didn't also highly compliment Victor Hong, Finance, Jennifer Cahill, Service Advisor, and Michelle, Cashier, for their help, service, and professional treatment during my stay in your service department. All others listed below answered questions I had not related to the operation of my newly purchased vehicle .....not related to my tire issue. More

I've been there several times over the past year for standard maintenance/service plus an odd anomaly for a new car (which has been addressed). Each time the service is as good or better than before; so it definitely was not just a fluke. Jen Cahill seems to lead by example by being very proactive and professional. If there's something she doesn't know she doesn't make up a story - she's actually very tenacious with researching and asking questions to get to some sort of resolution. Everyone there contributes with their friendly approach and smiles. It really makes a difference! More
Last minute, unexpected service I was in town for only a couple of days and was trying to help my son with an urgent AC issue while he was at work. I had set up an appointment from out of the town before flying to Baltimore. "Central booking" through another Subaru dealer had failed to get the 4:20 appointment on the schedule at Heratige Subaru Catonsville. When I showed up, they had NO idea who I was and could not understand why an appointment would have been made for AC service when their techs were on duty only until 5:00pm. BUT... they squeezed me in anyway and were extremely accommodating. Got the job done and were an absolute pleasure to work with. BTW, while waiting, I contacted the dealer who had (supposedly) set up the appointment and learned that it was, indeed, their error, not mine or Catonsville's. Jennifer Cahill is an example of someone who maintains that professionalism no matter what the situation. I started bringing our 2007 subaru to Heritage a year ago. Since then, any service issues I have had, Jennifer has been able to handle, making sure my car was seen that day or the next. I can be a very challenging customer, the kind who thinks my problems should take priority over anyone else's and she always makes me feel that way, like I am her number one priority. She never has an excuse that it's too busy, she just somehow magically makes it work. As a nurse, I know the challenge of trying to make everyone happy when everyone is demanding something from you. She does this all with a smile and a positive attitude. She excels at her job from a customer standpoint!!!! And by the way, because of this excellent service from Jennifer, we returned to Heritage Subaru several days ago and purchased a 2015 Subaru and now are exclusively a Subaru family!!!! More
