Far from the stereotypical slick-talking car salesman, Mei Kei was extremely personable, knew her product, and went the extra mile to make us feel like valued customers. Service overall was very good though. One telling example was when our new car had some delay in getting from the lot to the shop as well as getting cleaned and prepared for us. Mei Kei and her manager, Shaun, comped us lunch at a nearby restaurant to compensate for the long wait. That was a nice touch, and one we won't forget when we recommend Heritage Subaru to our friends. More

Wonderful Test Drive Experience I came in to test drive a Forester after having a small car for 8 years. Understanding it was a big change for me, Emily Bintz asked me questions abou I came in to test drive a Forester after having a small car for 8 years. Understanding it was a big change for me, Emily Bintz asked me questions about what I was looking for, spoke knowledgeably about Foresters and Subaru in general, and made sure I was able to test drive a vehicle which was exactly what I was interested in. She cared about what I wanted and needed in a car, and did not seem interested in just trying to sell me something for the sake of making a sale. They worked up some numbers so I had an idea of what I might be looking at at my request which was also helpful. She followed up after our test drive, but not in an overzealous manner, which I truly appreciate. While I ultimately wound up purchasing another type of vehicle, it was simply because of personal preference after going on test drives of several small SUVs. I would have loved to have purchased a vehicle from Emily. If you are looking for a Subaru, go see Emily! More

He called me as soon as the heritage recieved the car i wanted. He’s a car guy and was able to show me the car in an informed way- and to compate the wrx with competitors-gti, etc. got a fair price for the car. Finance did a nice job explaining some of the other offers-extended service, 4n1 assurance plan. The car is a gift for my daughter- so i opted for both of these “add ons”. Popped a tire on the way home. Replaced under the service program the next morning. Melena, the customer serice rep worked hard to get it done quickly. I live in mt. Airy- was a bit further drive to owings mills- either there doing an exceptional job at this dealership or subaru is better customer service than the competition. Noticeable friendly staff.
