From start to finish getting into my new Forester was a great experience at Heritage. The Finance manager Josh explained my finance and warranty options and patiently answered all of my questions and GM Michael stopped by to check in on everything. I could not drive the car home that day so they arranged to have it delivered to me the next day. Top Notch team. More

My beautiful new Sapphire Blue Subaru Impreza came to me via my longstanding great relationship with Subaru Owings Mills. I brought my Forester in for a repair and was given a Crosstrek to drive while it wa via my longstanding great relationship with Subaru Owings Mills. I brought my Forester in for a repair and was given a Crosstrek to drive while it was being worked on (for free, BTW, because I purchased the extended warranty--SO WORTH IT). I loved driving the smaller car so much that I didn't want to return it. When I did return it, Nikki suggested I take a look at the even smaller and sleeker Impreza. Anley made a trade-in offer I couldn't refuse, and William facilitated the deal. A manager with excellent connections whose name I don't know got me the color I wanted. That's teamwork and customer service. Thank you for my beautiful new car. More

From start to finish our buying and service experiences at Heritage Subaru (Owings Mills, Md) have been excellent. Just recently we traded in our 2020 Forester and upgraded to a 2024. This will be our thir at Heritage Subaru (Owings Mills, Md) have been excellent. Just recently we traded in our 2020 Forester and upgraded to a 2024. This will be our third Forester from Heritage and our fifth Subaru, overall. Great car ... and this is the best of dealerships!
