He not only told me and showed me the new features on the automobile but when my wife called during his demonstration, he spoke pleasantly with her about the safety features she was most interested in. Indeed, his explanations and genuine understanding of these features sold my wife on the car over the phone. I had to admire how Jon had an answer for every obstacle to an immediate sale that I put in his way. His sense of humor about my roadblocks to a sale made these efforts of his very agreeable to me. And I soon knew that when I bought, it would be from Jon. However, I told him that my wife and I would not be serious about buying a new car for over a month - sometime in the coming year. My wife and I came in so she could drive the car and Jon's engaging personality and positive attitude convinced us to listen and soon to agree to buy that very day.
