From the moment that Sales Associate Chris Felker walked in the showroom with me to the moment he shook my hand before I drove my new Ownings Mills. From the moment that Sales Associate Chris Felker walked in the showroom with me to the moment he shook my hand before I drove my new pre-owned car off the lot (just under 4 hours), it was the most professional experience I have had in my 40 years of driving and purchasing new cars. Chris could (and should) teach a Master class in how associates should interface with customers. He was tuned in to what I wanted and needed. Knowledgeable, prepared and of course respectful and friendly. Also of note was my interaction with Sales Manager James Pedersen who evaluated my trade-in. Fully explained his assessment. He was genuinely concerned about my safety in that vehicle even if I wasn’t going to purchase a car from Heritage. And finally, working with F&I Manager Milton Taylor capped off the day. No pressure to accept options for financing that did not fit my desire. (And finishing all of the financial paperwork electronically was a bonus of the process.)
