We had just about the worst experience here at Heritage Subaru. Firstly, we had an appointment for 5:30 with Aaron, who didn't even show up or tell us he was going to be unavailable. Thankfully, Tobi wa Subaru. Firstly, we had an appointment for 5:30 with Aaron, who didn't even show up or tell us he was going to be unavailable. Thankfully, Tobi was able to help us purchase our car. She was extremely kind and unaggressive, unlike many other salespeople we've encountered. Tobi was the only good thing about the entire car-buying process. Secondly, they gave me an extremely unfair initial offer on my trade in. I had gotten 3 other quotes (two of them inspected by other mechanics) and all of the offers were over 20% more than they had offered me. If I had not gotten those other quotes, I would have been ripped off and they knew exactly what they were doing. I also want to add that we inquired about the "Additional $1000 towards your trade in" and they admitted that it was a marketing tactic and they don't really add $1000 extra so just BEWARE of that. Next, two men who passed by, one seemed to be the manager, the other was Joshua Jones berated Tobi right in front of us and were treating her in an unreasonably harsh manner. They were apologizing to us for her slowness (she was not slow) and demanding she move out of the way so they can finish the process. We were shocked that they would treat another employee in that way... And right in front of their customers, too. Additionally, a few errors were made on their part, which we only found out after we had already bought the car! They failed to ask for the down payment at the time of purchase so I had to ask them how am I supposed to pay this?? What would have happened if I didn't say anything about it?? After that, I get a call that they need additional information from me for my title transfer... Something that should have been taken care of at the dealership. And finally, they entered in the incorrect phone numbers on our loan, which prevented us from logging in to our account! We had to wait on hold for an hour to fix their mistake. It makes me question what other details they got incorrect during the purchase... We truly regret purchasing from this dealership and urge you to look elsewhere... More

Yes, I ended dealing with Bill Harris. We hit it off immediately since we are the same age. Bill was very helpful without being pushy and answered all our questions. We ended up ordering a Subaru outbac immediately since we are the same age. Bill was very helpful without being pushy and answered all our questions. We ended up ordering a Subaru outback Touring XT. It has been a pleasant experience so far. Hopefully it will continue all the way through. Since I have has so many bad experiences at car dealers in the past, I have my guard up. We will see. My nephew works for Subaru, so we are getting a VIP code. I am hopeful that the dealership will honor the VIP price without any issues. More

This was not the case with Jaina and this dealership. I was allowed time and privacy to talk to my family about my decision. Jaina answered all my questions about fees, etc... before she even asked me if I were interested in the cost breakdown. I really appreciated this, and it made me feel more valued as a customer.
