So great experience , with those mention as well as general manager and sales manager who both made a stop by to introduce themselves. Mei Kei Hong, Sales Associate at Heritage Subaru was great. She was very professional and she knows all about the features of the Subaru. I purchased a 2021 Crosstrek Subaru from her. After discussing the features at her desk we went for a test run where she visually showed me everything she was talking about. I had the opportunity to ask questions while I was test riding the vehicle. I told her the price range I could afford and I was able to get that. Mei Kei assisted me with contacting my Car Insurance Company and the MVA about the purchase of the Crosstrek. Once I finished with the Finance Dept. and came back to Mei Kei's desk for the final wrap up Mei Kei wrote a personalzed letter thanking me for the purchase of the Crosstrek. No Sales Associate at any Car Dealership ever did something so kind. I purchased the Crosstrek on a Saturday and Mei Kei contacted me on Monday to inquire how my first full day with the Crosstrek was and if I had any additional questions.
