James was amazingly helpful in finding and purchasing a car that was difficult to find during supply chain issues. I was able to place a hold on the new car with them and come pick it up when it was delive car that was difficult to find during supply chain issues. I was able to place a hold on the new car with them and come pick it up when it was delivered a month later. There were no hassles or strong upsells, and the process was easy and clean. Thanks James! After a rough start with what we thought was the purchase of a used Vehicle, Mr. Romero stepped in quickly to resolve a very unhappy situation to make it a very happy situation. Pamela Lewis is extraordinarily welcoming and my comfort level went from uneasy with the car buying process to a feeling of instant friendship with this genuinely nice person. She explained the trim levels level went from uneasy with the car buying process to a feeling of instant friendship with this genuinely nice person. She explained the trim levels of the Camry model, and answered all my questions about the pricing between New and Pre-owned and illustrated it with examples of what was currently available at the different levels, at the dealership. I test drove a perfectly nice Pre-owned Camry, which gave a very smooth ride and plenty of power up a steep hill, and then we looked at a new Camry that had just arrived. She also introduced me to her manager, who was very relatable and not at all the high-pressure type that one sometimes encounters in this business. All in all, a great experience. More
