Thanks Sean! ************************************************************************************************* Due to a cosmetic flaw in the car I purchased, Heritage agreed to refund to me, the cost it would take to repair the issue. While finalizing my paperwork, Cory Snyder said to me "I have submitted the request to cut you a check for the amount and you will receive it in the mail." I waited a month before calling Mr. Snyder to inquire about the check. He told me he would contact the Accounting Dept and call me back. Waited another week, and did not receive a call. I called three more times and left a message, but still have not received a call. I am feeling as though I am being given me the runaround. This is not the way to do business! More
