Praise also goes to Jeremy Nease, who spent a lot of time on the phone with me when I was at another dealership and had questions about the Camry's safety features. Although both of these gentlemen earned 5 stars, the only reason this isn't a 5-star review overall is because I was at the dealership for 5 hours, most of which was spent waiting for the financial office. I came in with a deposit already down on the car, and I paid cash. I realize the financial department was short staffed that night, but 5 hours was far too long to wait for what was, essentially, a straightforward transaction. Even so, I would recommend Heritage Owings Mills. More
