She was knowledgeable on a multitude of things and even indulged in some side conversation which built a level of comfort and trust. I had additional questions a couple days later regarding ToyotaCarePLUS which she answered. The only thing I did not like was that in order for me to purchase the package, I was expected to come back to the dealership for the paperwork. I could not pay over the phone, nor online. She agreed to have the person brining me my purchase, bring the forms but I would have to provide him the check that day too. Well, I don’t write checks and I just spent several thousand a few days prior, so I needed to wait until payday. I called back that same night leaving a message to call me. Next day, nothing. I called back and left another message. Nothing. So, now I’m shopping around at other Toyota dealerships for a CarePLUS package. More
