My husband and I first met Neal after I heard from numerous people that he had posted on various Facebook pages trying to find me because he found my credit card that I'd lost on a walk and wanted to numerous people that he had posted on various Facebook pages trying to find me because he found my credit card that I'd lost on a walk and wanted to return it--already demonstrating what a great guy he is, since I was a total stranger and he went out of his way to track me down and return it. By coincidence, my husband and I were going to the Toyota dealership that week to consider buying a new car, and when we learned that Neal was a dealer there, it was perfect timing to grab my card and chat about a new car with him. Neal couldn't have been more friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful with the whole process. My husband and I changed our mind a few times about what we wanted in a car, and Neal adjusted our preferences with no problem, and we were still able to get our desired car in just a few months.
