I was switched to Casey after having a VERY bad experience with another sales representative. Casey went about and beyond trying to help me get into a vehicle that fit what I was looking for and m experience with another sales representative. This was my first time buying a car. Both Ryan and JT made this as easy as possible for me. Ryan had a car ready for me when I arrived, and listened to what I had to say about the car, and really wanted made this as easy as possible for me. I went in to buy a vehicle today. I had spent a while on chat speaking with someone about exactly what I wanted, what I had for a trade in, what I was hoping to keep the price between. I gave all my inform chat speaking with someone about exactly what I wanted, what I had for a trade in, what I was hoping to keep the price between. I gave all my information and was set for my appointment. HOWEVER, when I went in to look at the vehicles it was the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a car dealership. As soon as I went in I told Tek what I wanted which is what I had already told the person online. I was never asked about having a trade in, never asked for my license (until I was handed the keys to test drive a vehicle and he started to walk away), and everything I said went in one ear and out the other. I ended up test driving a car that wasn't what I wanted to give him time to figure out where the car I wanted to test drive was. When I returned he told me that the car was getting a new windshield and I could test drive a similar model for now until that one was fixed. He proceeded to show me a photo of the vehicle in the collision center and I immediately asked him about the significant damage to the front bumper and he replied that it was only a scratch, and that it had not been in an accident as Car Fax said it hadn't. I instantly responded that it had been in a car accident as you can clearly see the huge dent and scrape down the bumper. He proceeded to tell me that Car Fax said it hadn't been in an accident there for it was not an accident that caused the dent. He spent a solid 5 minutes with me and my mother trying to convince us that it was fine. He then proceeded to try and talk me into vehicles outside of my price and year range no matter how many times both my mother and I told him that was not what I wanted. At no point until the very end before I walked out I brought up the trade with him and he had ZERO idea that I had a trade in. He clearly never read all the information I had given prior to making the appointment the previous day. I have never been so angry and called him out on his poor sales behavior and that I would be leaving. I could not believe how HORRIBLE his sales service was and I will most likely never return as I can no longer trust that the facts are accurate on their "certified" pre-owned vehicles. I would NEVER recommend Tek to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle because he does not listen to the customer, nor does he seem to care. More
