This is my second time leasing a vehicle through Heritage Toyota with Derek Blood as my "Sales Guy". He is very personable, honest, and easy to talk to. This year, Covid changed the way things were done, but it was actually easier. I had a masked and distanced in-person visit to check out the options for my new lease. Derek was already prepared with choices because he stays in touch and knew what I was looking for. After that visit, our communication was via phone, text, and email. Paperwork was done digitally so I didn't even have to go back to the dealership, which is 45 minutes away. Completing the deal electronically was easy and a great time saver (I hope they keep this way of doing things when the pandemic finally abates). Due to crazy schedules and the distance to Heritage, Derek was able to deliver my new RAV4 right to me, a personalized service that was so amazing and appreciated. He connected my phone to the car so I wouldn't have to figure it out on my own and has already checked in to see how I am liking the new vehicle. I highly recommend Derek Blood!
