Still, there was no delay in service. My tech noticed my expired inspection and added it to my list of items to address. I felt totally confident with his explanation of what would be done. When my car was ready, he recapped what had been done and handed me the printout. I was on my way in less than an hour!!! My customer service rep was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. More

With Heritage Toyota being the furthest away from my home in Southern Vermont. I contacted the dealership and Chuck Heingartner was the sales executive I was working with. Chuck was professional, knowledgable and knew when to advocate. He asked me what was important to me and we narrowed down my choices and decided on all the details of waht would make me happy with my first truck. With Toyaoto having the best resale value. I drove away knowing I had purhcased a great value! I have a couple of things to done such as a bed liner and heated seats and Chuck has made all of those appointments seamless. Great experience in purchasing my new Tundra. Matt was the first sales rep to sell me a vehicle in over ten years. In the past I always went to Heritage and the sales rep and managers seemed to no Matt was the first sales rep to sell me a vehicle in over ten years. Good, but not great. I took advantage of the free State Inspection recently. I had to wait 5-6 weeks for a time slot at the beginning of the day. I dropped my Taco off at 8:30 AM for its 8:45 AM reservation. I was told that the lounge was open, and it would take an hour. It stretched out to an hour and forty-five minutes. It could have been worse, but it could have been better. More
