Matt Messenger is a gem! I met Matt briefly on February 13th to outline what I was looking for in a 2019 or 2020 Highlander and to set up a test drive on Saturday. On Friday, I met Matt briefly on February 13th to outline what I was looking for in a 2019 or 2020 Highlander and to set up a test drive on Saturday. On Friday, he let me know that a 2020 EXL came just come off the truck in my desired color and virtually all the options I was looking for. He personally had it washed and ready to go for the test drive on Saturday. Before the drive, he went over how to synch my iPhone in and how Apple CarPlay works. Matt was very knowledgeable about the Highlander’s features, which he demonstrated during the drive. I bought the vehicle that morning. Matt made the process seamless. His low-key, no pressure style was refreshing, and he was truly professional throughout. I would strongly recommend Matt—and Toyota—to anyone interested in a new vehicle. Thanks Matt! More

Great experience with Jason! I went to Heritage Toyota a few days ago to just look around and see what my options would be when my RAV4‘s lease would be up in August. But after meeting Jason, and working with him with all of his expertise and knowledge in Toyota vehicles, he was easily able to narrow it down to the perfect car for me with all of the things that I wanted in a vehicle, including an affordable payment. I chose a hybrid, all wheel drive Prius with 50+ mpg, a really smooth, quiet ride and an excellent car all around! So much for not purchasing a car that day. I couldn’t say no to the great deal I was getting! Thank you Jason for all of your help and patience. Love my new ride!! More
