We were really surprised when we got there and Derek came out and met us and knew our names, which made us feel more comfortable. Heritage Toyota has a really nice set up with coffee and cold beverages ready, and we were offered a snack and drinks while we were waiting. The Toyota is everything we've been looking for, and Derek helped us get to know the truck before we left Heritage. Christine Donahue was out finance agent and she was really nice and straight to the point which we like. When we got into her office to sign paperwork she was quick and very social and helped us choose the right financing options, We have bought trucks from dealers before but I must say, Heritage Toyota gave us the best experience and we are beyond thankful.
