Extremely disappointed I was left with my mouth hanging open in shock when, after three days negotiating the car price, traveling hours back and forth to the dealership and I was left with my mouth hanging open in shock when, after three days negotiating the car price, traveling hours back and forth to the dealership and finally sitting down in front of Jason at his desk beginning the paperwork process, being told the car I was about to buy had already been sold within the last 40 minutes. I could not believe they sold the car out from under me. On top of that, Jason allowed me to just walk out of there without any further discussion about perhaps looking at another car on the lot or what he could do for me. Extremely poor service. More

Better experience I have , over the past 30 years, dealt with Heritage or the prior ownership and found them to haughty and unwilling to "deal". As a result we purchased cars either from another Vermont located Toyota Dealer or one in Michigan. This was a far better experience with Elizabeth Bockus. Shemade the process comfortable enough that we purchased the vehicle an hour after entering the door! More
