Both of my scheduled appointments were filled with phone calls and other customers. At my delivery appointment, I did not even make it your the desk, but rather sat in the waiting area for almost two hours calls and other customers. The run through of the radio and features was detailed, but outside of that, I felt like an inconvenience. In the last 30 minutes I sat unclear of what was happening after you disappeared from the office. The financing person finally came to get me (unsure if I was even the correct person). She explained that they were short financing staff, but quickly got me through the paperwork and was very friendly. Communication would have been appreciated at the start of the appointment regarding other customers, wait times and what to expect as I sat there without any plan. More
