I made an appointment to leave my truck for a day for a recall on the exhaust. pipe. Eight hours later I got a call that they wanted me to leave the truck over night so they would have time to do the work. I needed the truck the next day so said do what you can and I will be back (30 miles away) at 7p.m. to pick it up. When I got there I was told to make a new appointment to come back and get the part replaced. We bought the truck second hand so it probably did not come from Heritage but I expected better service on a company recall. More

Tried to fix items that were not broken I recently brought my 2010 Toyota Tacoma in to get it inspected, tires rotated, and an oil change. I assumed the inspection would be fine. When it was I recently brought my 2010 Toyota Tacoma in to get it inspected, tires rotated, and an oil change. I assumed the inspection would be fine. When it was done, I was informed that my left front wheel bearing needed to be replaced and my e brake lines needed to be replaced. It was estimated it would cost $900-1000 for parts and labor. This seemed a bit odd. The truck was driving with zero indication that a wheel bearing needed to be fixed. I declined the service at the time. I went home, brought my truck to two different local mechanics. Both mechanics told me and showed me that nothing was wrong with my left wheel bearing and the e brake lines were totally fine. No problems what so ever with the truck. They both would of passed it inspection (which one did). Just wanted to give my review of the service center. I won't be coming back. More

After a pretty poor experience, I returned to this dealership for help in my next vehicle lease. Rob was hands down the kindest, most informed, available/responsive salesperson my fiancé or I have ever worked with. He explained everything so clearly and walked us through many car options, wasn't pushy or aggressive, and helped us get the perfect car. If I could give more stars to Rob, I would. I wasn't as big of a fan of the finance guy, but that was only like 10 minutes. I think we are officially Heritage lifers! More
