He managed to balance keeping in touch with me and not hounding me with phone calls and emails. He was knowledgeable and thorough about the vehicle and about the procedures necessary in filing out the paperwork. Nick Zagres assisted me in the final financial paperwork and he was so personable that I felt very much at ease.
