Always a pleasure. Brought my car in to have the snow tires put on and get car ready for winter. Dana greeted me right away and took down what I needed to get done. No Appointment was Necessary What started as a one week trip from Indiana to Lake Placid turned into a three week trip to include Cape Cod. Unfortunately, while passing thru Burlington, my "maintenance required" light came on...at noon...on a Friday. Our Service Rep, Seth Tracy, was most welcoming, cordial and accommodating, getting us in with no appointment to have our vehicle serviced and we were out in barely over an hour and on our way. Rob's approach was far different then what I had experienced before. He didn't rush me, he didn't pressure me, he just gave me the facts about the vehicles I asked about. He made some excellent suggestions as well. All other dealerships I have been to have made me feel like I was swindled into buying something I didn't want. Not this time! I'm so happy with the vehicle I chose and its definitely due to Rob's patience and easy going approach. Thanks Rob! Can't wait until we need another new vehicle, we will be going right to Rob. More

First time using the Service Center This was the first time I have had any experience with the Toyota Service Center. I recently leased a new Highlander. My salesman was great with commu This was the first time I have had any experience with the Toyota Service Center. I recently leased a new Highlander. My salesman was great with communicating with me and keeping me informed of when my new vehicle would be in and did a great job with the whole leasing process. We were not able to spend the whole allotted time to go through our new Highlander because our daughters had to be at a swim meet. John made sure to keep in touch about any questions and worked with me on anything I needed help with. This week I used the Service Dept for the first time. The service personnel were very personable, informative and most importantly had me out of there when they said they would if not a few minutes earlier. Very good experience. More
