Paul was an amazing person to work with. The dealership was very busy and even while we were just waiting for paperwork to get done, Paul never took another customer and sat with us most the time. He was fun to work with and didn't think of me as "comission" but instead worked with me to get what I could afford at a reasonable rate. This was by far one of the best car shopping experiences I have ever had. I felt respected, well taken care of, and very comfortable. Mason had just the right level. He was also able to do his job, while using humor to make me feel at ease. Great Job Mason! The one thing that really impressed me is that no one at the dealer felt that in order to "SELL" a Toyota, that they had to "UNSELL" other brands. The biggest turn of for me is when a dealer does that. Everything was about how good Toyota was and they let the product sell itself. I would definately send people there to buy cars. More
